Craigie Knowe Vineyard
The Craigie Knowe vineyard on the east coast of Tasmania – at Cranbrook, in between Swansea and Bicheno – is a magnificant property. Our client bought the property in 2009 and has since requested we increase the vineyard production in partnership with a local winemaker, and convert the old homestead into a gorgeous luxury guesthouse with 3 spectacular rooms.
The cool climate wines of Tasmania have gained a worldwide reputation over the last decade, and the industry contrinues to be a shining light of the island’s warm temperate climate, generous soils and the creativity of its people. As a result, French reviewer Nicolas Biar recently described Tasmania as having “one of wine’s most beautiful futures”.
