The New Zealand Whisky Company has the only New Zealand whisky stock remaining from the last whisky distillery in New Zealand, which ceased operating in the late 1990s.  Experience Consulting is currently managing the project – and day-to-day business operations – of taking this fine whisky from barrel to bottle.
